Elevating digital banking experiences

In 2023 we made it easier for members to stay on top of account activity and prevent unwanted fees through balance alerts. Then in 2024, we added available credit alerts which automatically notify members when their line of credit falls below a specified threshold.

Since 2020, our AI-powered digital assistant, Finley, has transformed how members access product and service information. With evolving knowledge, Finley seamlessly guides conversations, making it easy for members to find answers or connect to live support.
