Advancing digital banking
In 2021 we continued to make it easier for members to bank and get expert advice online. From a refreshed mobile banking app to a new online member application, we’re always working to improve our members’ digital experience.
Elevating digital banking technologies
Our AI-powered digital assistant, Finley, has been helping members get product and service information easily since 2020. Finley has more than 700 answers and is getting smarter by the day.

Elevating online and mobile banking through innovative technology
In 2019 First West became the first credit union in Canada to release a brand-new mobile app, online banking portal and public website using the Forge Digital Banking Platform. This superior digital experience made it simpler, more intuitive and efficient for members to interact with us.
