Board Structure

  • Each region has an equal number of directors elected by members who live in that region
  • First West's rules allow for a minimum of 12 directors rising to as many as 15 to accommodate a merger
  • The board has two regional councils that act as ambassadors for each region—the Valley First region and the Envision Financial region. The councils are focused on the unique needs of their regions' members, clients, employees and communities.
